#2: Measure Twice, Cut Once.
Tender Ready founder Eoghan Gill shares his tips and strategies for winning tenders and bids.
I think this phrase comes from the joinery profession originally, but it is as pertinent in Bid Management as it is anywhere else. You only have one chance to submit a tender, so read the requirements twice before putting pen to paper, to ensure you understand each section of it and can meet ALL of the requirements. This includes any additional documents that are released by the buyer. Once you have written your response read each section again, followed by your answer to make sure you have actually answered the question. Third time, as they say, is the charm.
